Ordering the product was without issue, however the call back concerning the delivery location was terrible. The gentleman that call me back was rude when I tried to explain to him about the second delivery address. He just didn’t want to listen and was convinced that UPS would not deliver the item even though the location has been used a 1000 times.

Product was as described however the shipping cost was extremely unreasonable given the product ordered. Purchased two very small gaskets for less than $23. Shipping was charged at $28 which is completely ridiculous. While I understand that sometimes shipping costs are automated this is something that will prevent further purchases from my company. You need to do a better job of regulating these charges to be more in line with reality.
