The vehicle is powered by robust Cummins® engines ranging from 330 to 605 HP, ensuring exceptional performance and reliability. It features an Allison® EVS transmission, available in 3000, 4000, or 4500 models, providing smooth and efficient shifting. With a GVW rating of up to 24,000 lbs. in the front and 62,000 lbs. in the rear, this vehicle is designed to handle heavy loads with ease. Additionally, it offers versatile alternator options, accommodating up to 430 AMP in a single configuration or 640 AMP in a dual setup, ensuring ample power for all operational needs.
The 100″ wide design of the cab enhances interior space, offering a more comfortable environment for personnel. Constructed from all aluminum, the cab features four-sided seamless extrusions that are interlocked and welded to 3/16″ aluminum plating across the floors, rear walls, side walls, roof, and doors, ensuring exceptional durability. A heavy-duty sub-frame is welded to a front C-channel extrusion, reinforced with multiple cross members beneath the rear cab floor for added strength. The roll cage cab design exceeds NFPA/SAE requirements, supporting over five times the standard roof load. Inside, the severe duty cab boasts a low-profile cast aluminum dash and a three-piece hinged aluminum overhead console, while a high-performance, reduced-profile A/C system with 14 vents guarantees excellent air distribution. Additionally, the cab provides seating for up to 10 occupants and features galvanized frame rails for enhanced corrosion resistance.
The vehicle offers a variety of roof options, including flat, 4″ raised (from front to rear), and Vista heights of 12″, 16″, 20″, and 24″, all featuring a 4″ front raise. For aerials, a 12″ split raised roof and deep notch are also available. The cab lengths range from 44.5″ to 80″, with choices for extended length or barrier-style doors. Inside, you can choose from interior, exterior, or dual access medical cabinets, catering to diverse operational needs. Safety and performance are enhanced with 4Front™ and RollTek™ airbag systems, rear disc brakes rated up to 27K, G4™ Electronic Stability Control, and OnGuard™ Collision Mitigation. The Independent Front Suspension (IFS) further contributes to a smooth ride and improved handling, ensuring that the vehicle is equipped to handle various driving conditions effectively.
