E-ONE Non Walk In Rescue Features

The vehicle is available on a Cyclone® or Typhoon® chassis, offering medium, long, and extended-length 4-door cab options. It features a galvanized/powder-coated 10.25″-12″ C-channel frame, with a liner available if applicable. Custom configurations can accommodate engines with up to 600 HP. Standard safety features include a roll cage cab, CrewGuard, and ABS brakes, while optional safety features consist of airbags and G4 (electronic stability control). This chassis can also be found on select commercial platforms as offered by the OEM.
Various body configurations are available, including popular features such as rooftop compartments with a center walkway and a front storage pan for light towers, hydraulic system components, and cascade bottles. For upper body access, options include a built-in staircase, an officer-side ladder, a pulldown staircase, or an officer’s side staircase.
Compartment configurations can be customized to meet the specific needs of customers for hydraulic rescue tools, electric, or air reels. Options include toolboards, trays, custom poly boxes, and airbag racks to accommodate various requirements.
Foam systems are available, along with the industry-leading E-ONE PTO-driven HRT system, which supports configurations for 3, 4, or 6 tools and is compatible with most hydraulic rescue tools. The breathing air systems include compressors, fill stations, and booster pumps, complete with air bottles and a cascade system. Generators range from 5kW to 75kW and come in direct drive, hydraulic, and diesel options. The setup also includes a pump and water tank for wet rescue operations.
The body can be constructed from either extruded aluminum or formed 304L stainless steel, with sizes available from 16’ to 26’. It features exterior access to storage compartments and offers roll-up or hinged doors, along with under-body compartments. The awning can be either electric or manual, and it includes receivers designed for electric winches or rope rescues, as well as body anchor points for high-angle rope rescue operations.
The multiplex electrical system features a color display that enhances functionality and diagnostics. A light tower can be mounted on the top of the cab or body. Standard offerings include Whelen® optical and audible warning packages, with additional options available.
