PAC Stow-N-Lok combine a positive locking bracket and friction locking bracket action with the security of a positive locking bracket strap. The flexible Y-shaped positive locking brackets are designed to provide a secure grip-like tool mount and equipment mount for poles, nozzles and a wide variety of other tools and equipment. These positive locking brackets and friction locking brackets can be used with or without the strap. The strap is easily adjusted for various work holding conditions and sizes.
